On December 12, 2012, an unmanned flying robot (SARA) was used to conduct an underground flight during a lignite mine exploration in Mitake Town, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. The activity was also featured on NHK.
From November 16 to 18, 2012, we exhibited at “Automotive Future Expo 2012” and “Aichi Next Generation Robot Festa” held at Aichi Expo Memorial Park in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. At the Automotive Future Expo, test rides of the compact electric vehicle (EB++) were offered, while at the Robot Festa, panels introducing the Unmanned Flight Exploration Robot (SARA) were exhibited. Many visitors experienced and commented on the comfort of the vehicle during the test rides.
On November 11, 2012, we exhibited at the “Aichi Disaster Prevention Festa” held at the Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. A demonstration flight of the Unmanned Flight Exploration Robot (SARA) was conducted at the event.
From November 3 to 4, 2012, we exhibited at the “Aichi Next Generation Robot Festa” held at Laguna Gamagori in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. On the first day, a demonstration flight of the Unmanned Flight Exploration Robot (SARA) was conducted, while on the second day, test rides of the compact electric vehicle (EB++) were offered. In addition, visitors enjoyed a dance performance by “calibo” on the indoor stage.
On October 22, 2012, we exhibited at “Robot Symposium 2012 Nagoya” held at Nadya Park in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. At the event, we demonstrated the Unmanned Flight Exploration Robot (SARA). The activity was also featured in The Chunichi Shimbun.
From September 22 to 23, 2012, we exhibited at the “Moricoro Park Autumn Festival” held at the Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Test rides of the compact electric vehicle (EB++) were offered, attracting strong interest from many visitors.
On September 2, 2012, we participated in a disaster prevention drill held in Mitake Town, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Mayor Watanabe also observed a demonstration flight of the Unmanned Flight Exploration Robot (SARA).
